A dry white wine from Sicily, produced by Taif - Fina exclusively from Zibibbo grapes, also known as Moscato d'Alessandria. It is bright straw yellow. The nose is intensely fragrant, with white peach, orange blossom and lightly spicy notes of fresh ginger. On the palate it is soft and aromatic, with lively freshness and pleasant acidity. It suits seafood, fish dishes, fresh cheeses and Asian cuisine, and works well as an aperitif.
