Takamaka Rum Blanc is a white rum from the Seychelles, produced by Destillerie Trois Frères on the main island of Mahé. The distillery was founded in 2002 by Richard and Bernard d'Offay, about 60 metres from the beach.
For Takamaka rum, the brothers use both fresh juice from Seychelles sugar cane and molasses, distilled in pot and column stills. The range is refined with spring water, wood pieces, regional spices or single casks.
This expression is bottled at 40.2% vol in a 70cl bottle.
