A pineapple rum liqueur from the Seychelles, made by Trois Frères Distillery on Mahé. The distillery was founded in 2002 by Richard and Bernard d'Offay, about 60 metres from the beach. Takamaka uses both fresh juice from Seychelles sugar cane and molasses, distilled in pot and column stills. The range is refined with spring water, wood, regional spices or single casks. Bottled at 25% vol in a 700 ml bottle.
