The nose combines bright citrus zest, ripe red apples and dried apricots with clove, chamomile and gentle oak char. The palate brings rich honey, fresh pear, vanilla, toasted almonds and a hint of sea salt, with an oily mouthfeel. The finish is long and warm, with dark chocolate and lingering caramel sweetness. The overall profile is described as peaty and maritime, with brine and smoke.
