The whisky is matured for ten years and is described as robust and peaty, with a maritime character.
The nose is smoky, with coastal bonfire and briny sea air, followed by pepper and dried fruit. On the palate come peat and sea salt with a touch of sweetness. The finish is warm and lingering.
