This is an 11-year-old Talisker from the Old Malt Cask range, distilled in August 2011 and bottled in October 2022 at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in a sherry butt, number HL19722, and the bottling comes to 804 bottles. The nose is peppery with peat and smoke. The palate brings peat, bonfire ash and caramel, and the finish is long, with smoke and ash lingering.
