An award-winning 18-year-old Talisker single malt, described as rich and soft, complex and assertive.
On the nose it is rich and fruity, with plums, greengages and orange peel, later developing hints of butterscotch and toffee, with a thread of gentle smoke and seaside characters. The palate is sweet in front, with a whiff of smoke balanced by fruity notes and toffee, and Talisker's characteristic chilli 'catch' appears in the finish.
