Talisker 1953 is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Isle of Skye, distilled in 1953 and bottled by Gordon & MacPhail during the 1980s. Matured in traditional wooden casks, it comes in a 75cl bottle at 40% ABV. The nose combines citrus zest and raisins. Sherry, dark chocolate and toasted nuts shape the palate, followed by sweet vanilla, a little smoke and warming oak.
