Talisker 25 Years is a single malt from the only distillery on the Isle of Skye, a reference point for those who enjoy peaty, briny character. It was matured for 25 years in ex-bourbon casks.
The nose is refined, with ripe fruit, citrus and spice. The palate is soft, with ripe fruit, caramel and black pepper, leading to an iodine-rich, peaty finish of great persistence.
