Skye is a single malt from Talisker, made to express the character of the island, and presented in a 70cl bottle. Peat is present, and the colour is bright gold with light coppery glints.
The nose opens with sweet citrus and mango, followed by sea breeze and lively seaweed notes. The palate is soft, sweet and enveloping at first, with a touch of warmth before sharp spice emerges and fades into a salty character.
