Talisker – Storm (70cl)

Talisker Storm is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky from the distillery on the Isle of Skye, on the shores of Loch Harport. It comes in a 70cl bottle and has a deep gold colour with coppery glints. Peat sits alongside a salty, savoury character, in a whisky meant to recall the sea breaking against the island. The nose combines black pepper and honey with a smoky note. On the palate it starts soft and sweet before spicy, peaty flavours come through, with a salty return and a savoury finish.
