Talisker – X Parley Wilder Seas (70cl)

Talisker X Parley Wilder Seas is a limited-edition single malt from Talisker, the only distillery on the Isle of Skye. It was created in collaboration with Parley, an organisation dedicated to restoring ocean forests in Scotland, South Africa and Chile. The whisky is matured in ex-cognac XO casks. The bottle is made from 100% recycled glass, and the release is described as producing zero CO2 emissions. The nose brings malt, dried fruit, brine and a light smokiness. On the palate it is soft and savoury, with sweet fruit and pepper alongside Talisker's maritime character. The finish is long and deep, peppery and smoky.
