It opens with an intense blueberry note, accompanied by herbal hints and light spices, with a balance of sweetness and bitterness. Ageing in wooden casks gives a soft structure and an enveloping aromatic persistence. It is suited as a digestif, neat or with chocolate desserts and aged cheeses.
