This is a 10 year old Speyside single malt from the Tamdhu distillery, bottled by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. in its Coopers Choice series, under the name The Golden Cut. After ten years of maturation the whisky was given a finish in a Sauternes wine cask from the Bordeaux region of France. It is bottled at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle, without added colour and without chill-filtration.
