Tamdhu 18 Year Old is a Speyside single malt matured in Oloroso sherry casks and bottled at 46.8% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is of dry, nutty sherry with cherry, milk chocolate, rum raisin, citrus, baked oats and plum. The sherry notes on the palate are rich, complex and mouthcoating, with vanilla, brown sugar, red apple and dried fruits. The finish is long and warming, with dried apricot, dates, soft spice and stewed apple.
