A Speyside single malt from Tamnavulin, in a 1 litre bottle at 40% ABV. It is matured in American white oak barrels and then finished in Oloroso sherry casks.
The nose offers fresh banana, caramelised orange, raisins, vanilla pod and cinnamon, with brown sugar and sweet sherry-cask oak. The palate has glazed nectarines, sticky toffee pudding, Seville oranges and honeycomb in a rich, silky texture. The finish is medium to long, with fruitcake, overripe apricots, sugary oak and warm spices.
