A red wine from Feudi di San Gregorio, made from Aglianico in Taurasi. It has an intense aromatic profile with ripe fruit, spice and earthy nuances. On the palate it shows structure and present but balanced tannins, supported by good acidity, with an appreciable persistence that balances vigour and finesse.
It suits convivial moments or the table, with flavourful meats, mushroom dishes or aged cheeses. Serve in wide glasses at around 16-18 °C, opening it shortly before serving to allow a slight evolution in the bottle.
