Tayport Wild Rose Gin (50cl)

Wild Rose Gin is a Scottish gin from Tayport Distillery, distilled, bottled, labelled and waxed entirely in Scotland. It comes in a 50cl bottle. The base spirit is made from malted barley grown by Scottish farmers, which gives the gin a smooth, refined texture. The botanicals are sustainably sourced, and the main flavours are foraged from the banks of the River Tay. The distillery worked with a local forager, and with Tasso Neofitos, sous-chef of The Newport Restaurant, to find wild roses and other botanicals along the east coast of Scotland.
