Teeling Blackpitts is a peated single malt Irish whiskey in a 75cl bottle. It is triple distilled in Dublin and matured in a combination of ex-Bourbon casks and ex-Sauternes French wine casks.
The malted barley is dried using smoke from peat, and that smokiness, together with the triple distillation, gives the whiskey its distinctive character.
