Teeling Crystal Malt Irish Whiskey (46%)

Teeling Crystal Malt is an Irish whiskey made with crystal malt, bottled at 46% in an outturn of 18,000 bottles. Crystal malt is made by heat-treating the sugars that form naturally during malting, in a closed system that keeps the moisture in so the sugars crystallise. The result is a richer, more viscous spirit. Expect toffee and molasses flavours with tropical notes.
