A limited-release Irish whiskey from Teeling, made in Dublin. It is triple distilled and non-chill filtered, and bottled at 46% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The label also appears to point to rum cask influence.
The nose combines floral notes, vanilla sweetness, and hints of rum-soaked raisins and allspice. On the palate, creamy vanilla mingles with dried fruits such as raisin and apricot, before warming spice emerges. The finish is long and warming, with oak, spice and lingering sweetness.
