Teeling Notre Dame Small Batch is a 2026 limited edition Irish whiskey in a 75cl bottle at 46% ABV (92 proof). It is a collaboration between Teeling Whiskey Distillery in Dublin and the University of Notre Dame, in Fighting Irish packaging, with two gold-filled Notre Dame logo engravings on the bottle.
The whiskey is Teeling Small Batch: triple-distilled, matured in ex-bourbon casks, finished in rum casks and non-chill filtered.
The nose combines floral notes, vanilla bean, rum raisin, allspice and toasted oak. The palate shows caramel cream, ripe pear, dried fruit and apricot with cinnamon warmth, and the finish is long, with vanilla, soft oak and rum-barrel sweetness.
