The third batch of Teeling's Single Pot Still Irish whiskey, made at the first distillery to produce it in Dublin for half a century. The mash uses malted and unmalted barley in roughly equal parts. It is bottled at 46% without chill filtration. The colour is golden. The nose offers honey, grapefruit and lemon, toasted almonds and peach. The palate is light and gentle, with balanced sweetness and notes of stone fruit, honey, vanilla, biscuit and white pepper.
