A single pot still Irish whiskey from Teeling, made from a mash of equal parts malted and unmalted barley. It was distilled in 2016 and matured in an oloroso sherry cask until bottling at cask strength, 62.8% ABV, with no added colour and no chill-filtering. This is cask 58857, and it yielded 348 bottles. Amber in colour, it is described as having a full nose of mango, peach, grapefruit and grapes. The palate is fresh and spicy, with prickling white pepper, vanilla pods and peach crumble.
