Teeling Single Pot Still is an Irish whiskey in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 46%. It was the first single pot still whiskey distilled in Dublin for more than 50 years.
It is made from an even mix of malted and unmalted barley and matured in a combination of virgin American oak, ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks.
The nose offers grapefruit, hibiscus flowers and white grapes, with honey, leather and spice. The palate is creamy, with peaches, stewed pear, lychee, toasted almonds and white pepper. The finish is dry and spicy, with a light sweetness of muscovado sugar, cinnamon and burnt almonds.
