Teeling Single Pot Still is an Irish whiskey made in Dublin, in a 75cl bottle. The mash is half unmalted spring barley and half malted barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills.
It is matured in a combination of virgin oak, ex-wine and ex-bourbon casks, in keeping with the wine-influenced cask approach of Teeling Whiskey Company, founded by Jack and Stephen Teeling in 2012.
The nose has pot still spice and orchard fruit with a touch of wine influence. The palate is full-bodied and layered, and the finish brings pot still spice and warm oak.
