Teeling Single Pot Still is a triple-distilled Irish single pot still whiskey from Teeling Distillery in Dublin, bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration in a 75cl bottle.
The mashbill is half malted and half unmalted barley. It matures in a combination of virgin American oak, ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks.
The nose opens with hibiscus, honeycomb, white grape and grapefruit. On the palate are lychee, roasted peach, baked biscuit and white pepper, with melon and a hint of rose water. The finish is long, drying to roasted nuts, warm spice and a trace of maple syrup.
