Teeling Single Pot Still (70cl, 46%)

Teeling Single Pot Still is an Irish whiskey in a 70cl bottle at 46%. It follows the Dublin style of pot still whiskey made famous by the city's old distilleries, which have since closed. The mash bill is half malted and half unmalted barley, and the spirit is triple distilled. It is matured in a combination of American virgin oak, bourbon and sherry casks. Teeling describes it as the first whiskey distilled in Dublin in nearly 50 years.
