Teeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey (5L, 46%)

Teeling Small Batch is a blended Irish whiskey, bottled at 46% in a large 5 litre bottle. It is made from grain and malt whiskeys that are matured separately in ex-bourbon casks, where they take on vanilla and oak character. The two are then blended and finished in American rum casks. Amber in colour, it has a nose of vanilla, spice and rum notes, warming and sweet. The palate is fine, sweet and woody, with exotic fruit. The finish is long and spicy-sweet, with oak.
