Teeling – Wonders of Wood Third Edition (70cl, 50%)

Teeling Wonders of Wood Third Edition is a limited Irish single pot still whiskey, the third in a series built around unusual woods for maturation. The mash is half malted and half unmalted barley, triple distilled in a pot still. It was matured for up to six years in fresh Swedish white oak casks. This oak is denser and sturdier than other northern European oaks, and brings notes of candied ginger and almond molasses. It is bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle, without added colouring and without chill-filtration.
