Teeling x Notre Dame Small Batch is the Year Two limited edition of Teeling's rum-cask-finished Irish whiskey, bottled at 46% ABV in a 75cl bottle and non-chill filtered. It comes in collectible packaging made for Notre Dame. It is built on Teeling Small Batch, a triple-distilled blend of malt and grain whiskey from the Teeling Distillery in Dublin. The whiskey is aged in ex-bourbon casks and finished in Central American rum casks, which give it a fuller, dried-fruit character. The nose is floral and herbal, with vanilla, rum raisin and allspice. The palate is creamy vanilla with dried fruit, raisin and apricot and a tingle of spice, and the finish is long and warming, with lingering sweetness, spice and oak.
