This is a 2025 limited edition small-batch Irish whiskey from Teeling, made in collaboration with the University of Notre Dame. It was distilled and matured in Dublin and bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration.
The whiskey is matured in hand-selected Central American rum casks, and the Notre Dame branding is particular to this edition.
The nose is tropical fruit, vanilla and toasted wood. The palate has sweet molasses, spice and dried fruit, with a velvety texture. The finish is warm and balanced, lightly oaky, with a touch of rum sweetness.
