Kaski is a Finnish single malt from the Distiller's Choice range by Teerenpeli Distillery. This 2019 bottling was matured entirely in sherry casks and comes at 43% ABV in a 50cl bottle.
The sherry influence is described as well integrated rather than overpowering.
The nose shows dried fruit, raisins, soft spices and milk chocolate. The palate is round and balanced, with toffee, nuts, a hint of orange peel and a subtle spiciness. The finish is medium-long and smooth.
