Teitessa 20 Year Old Single Grain Japanese Whisky "Yellow Edition" (40%)

Teitessa 20 Year Old Yellow Edition is a Japanese single grain whisky, matured for two decades and bottled at 40%. It is aged in three kinds of oak: Spanish oak, French Limousin oak and American white oak. The Spanish oak is said to add richness, the Limousin oak spice and structure, and the American oak vanilla sweetness. The nose is floral, with honey, citrus and subtle oak. On the palate it is silky, with caramelised fruit, butterscotch, vanilla cream, gentle baking spices and a little chocolate. The finish is long, with sweet malt, soft oak and delicate spice.
