Teitessa 30 Year Old Japanese Whisky (75cl, 40%)

Teitessa 30 Year Old is a single grain Japanese whisky, bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is a limited edition of 1,000 bottles and the oldest expression in the Teitessa range. The whisky was matured in three types of oak: Spanish oak, American white oak and Limousin oak. Teitessa is built around the distillery's Sato still, a beehive-shaped still dating to 1905, and a high-end rice grain. The nose is mellow and refreshing, shaped by long oak storage. The palate is thick and soft, with a deep tannin scent and sweetness, and the finish is woody and lingering.
