Teitessa 30 Year Old Single Grain Japanese Whisky (75cl, 40%)

Teitessa 30 Year Old is a Japanese single grain whisky in a 750ml bottle, bottled at 40% ABV. All thirty years of its maturation take place in three kinds of oak at the same time: Spanish oak, American white oak and French Limousin oak. The mature whisky from each is blended only at the end, rather than being moved from cask to cask. Production is limited to 1,000 bottles. Tasting notes describe oak, caramel and gentle spice in a velvety texture, with honeyed vanilla, crème brûlée, toasted coconut and dried fruit, closing on a very long, silky finish.
