Templeton 10 Year Reserve Rye Single Barrel is a rye aged for ten years in charred new American oak and bottled from a single hand-selected barrel.
The nose opens with rich chocolate and vanilla, then toasted oak, green apple and apricot. The palate is smooth, with dark oak, honeyed floral notes and rye spice, and a creamy, caramel body. The finish is clean and long, with lingering butterscotch.
