Templeton 6 Year Old is a rye whiskey from Iowa, USA, in a 750ml bottle at 40% ABV.
It is a small-batch whiskey made to a closely guarded recipe, and this expression carries a six-year age statement. It is suited to sipping neat or over ice, and to classic cocktails such as the Manhattan or Old Fashioned.
The whiskey is described as smooth and complex, with notes of caramel, vanilla and spice.
