Tenjaku Pure Malt (70cl)

Tenjaku Pure Malt is a Japanese blended malt in a 70cl bottle, made only from malt whiskies aged for at least six years in ex-Bourbon oak casks. It comes from near the town of Fuefuki, an area known in Japan for wine and spirits, and is suggested for serving on the rocks or as a highball. Bright amber in the glass, it has a nose of hazelnuts, dried fruit, green apple and aromatic herbs, with light smoke behind. The palate is warm, soft and velvety, with dried fruit, vanilla and wood, and it closes on a delicate bitterness.
