Tenores Romangia IGT

Romangia IGT from Tenores is produced in Sardinia and centres on the Cannonau grape. It has a balanced structure and a firm character, drawn from the hillside territory where it is grown. Ageing takes place in casks, which give it softness and aromatic complexity. In the glass it shows an intense ruby colour, with aromas of ripe red fruits such as cherries and plums, along with spicy notes and well-integrated tannins. On the palate it is full-bodied, with soft tannins and a persistent, harmonious finish. It suits red meat, roasts and aged cheeses, and complements Sardinian cooking.
