Tenuta Fertuna Etrusco Bianco Vermouth (75cl)

Etrusco Bianco is a white vermouth from Tenuta Fertuna in Tuscany, made by infusing selected aromatic herbs, roots and spices by traditional methods. It is a pale straw colour with bright reflections. The nose is aromatic, with chamomile, vanilla and citrus, and subtler hints of mint and liquorice. On the palate the sweetness is balanced by bitterness, leading to a persistent, aromatic and pleasantly bitter finish. It is served cold, with a slice of lemon or orange, and works in a Martini or as an aperitif.
