A Lagrein from Alto Adige with an intense, deep colour typical of the grape. The nose shows dark berry fruit, blackberry and ripe cherry, with delicate spice and a light floral hint. The palate is full, with a compact structure supported by present but well-integrated tannins and freshness that balances the body.
It accompanies local dishes, red meats, cured meats and medium to intense cheeses. Serve at moderate temperature in a wide glass; it is ready to drink but also benefits from a little aeration.
