Tenuta Rapitalà Cielo Dalcamo Vendemmia Tardiva Alcamo DOC is a late-harvest sweet wine from the Alcamo DOC area of Sicily. The grapes are harvested late to achieve high sugar and aromatic concentration, and the wine is presented in a 50cl bottle. It is deep golden in colour. The nose offers ripe apricot and peach, honey, orange blossom and gentle sweet spice notes. The palate is rich and balanced, with natural sweetness offset by lively acidity, an opulent texture and a long, harmonious finish. It suits desserts, blue cheeses and foie gras, or slow sipping.
