A blanco tequila made from pure agave, distilled in copper stills following ancient processes. It is clear and crystal clear, with delicate notes of fresh agave, citrus and a light hint of pepper on the nose.
On the palate the agave shows its sweetness, balanced by lively acidity and freshness, with a soft, velvety texture. The finish is clean and persistent, with the freshness of the agave returning to dominate.
It is suited to sipping neat or as the base for cocktails such as a Margarita.
