Tequila Cenote Blanco (70cl)

A clear tequila from Jalisco, named after the cenotes sacred to the Maya. It is made exclusively from blue agave, cooked in steam ovens and distilled in copper stills, then filtered through activated carbon. The nose shows fresh agave, citrus and black pepper. On the palate it is soft and clean, with natural agave sweetness balanced by a light minerality reminiscent of cenotes. The finish is smooth and persistent, leaving a refreshing, clean sensation. It can be sipped neat or used in cocktails.
