Tequila Ocho Plata Single Estate (75cl, 40%)

Tequila Ocho Plata Single Estate is an unaged blanco tequila from Mexico, made entirely from blue agave grown on a single estate in Los Altos, Jalisco. The agave is cooked in traditional stone and brick ovens and the juice is extracted with a roller mill. Fermentation takes place in open-air wooden tanks, using local spring water, and the spirit is distilled twice in copper pot stills. It is bottled at 40% without additives. The nose is floral with fresh herbal notes. The palate shows bright citrus and a hint of agave sweetness, leading to a subtle peppery finish.
