A clear tequila made from blue agave, distilled in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. It is double distilled in small copper stills. The nose shows white pepper, citrus and herbal notes reminiscent of fresh agave. The palate is smooth yet energetic, beginning with moderate sweetness and finishing slightly spicy and prolonged. It can be drunk neat or used in cocktails.
