Tequila Reposado El Jimador (70cl)

A reposado tequila from El Jimador, from Jalisco, Mexico, made from blue agave. Reposado indicates ageing in wooden casks for a period generally between two and twelve months. It has a pale golden colour, with aromas of vanilla, caramel, herbaceous agave notes and light spice. On the palate it balances sweetness, freshness and a light toasted wood note, with a lingering finish. It can be sipped neat or used in refined cocktails, and pairs with Mexican dishes, white meats and delicate cheeses.
