Tequila Rooster Rojo Blanco (70cl)

A blanco tequila distilled from selected blue agave grown in the volcanic soils of Jalisco, Mexico. It goes straight from distillation to bottling with no ageing, keeping an authentic, intensely fresh flavour. On the nose there are raw agave, floral notes and a hint of pepper. The palate is soft yet vibrant, balancing natural agave sweetness with a nearly fruity freshness. The finish is clean and persistent, with a light peppery note returning.
