A reposado tequila from Sauza, made from blue agave and founded in 1873 in Jalisco, Mexico. It rests for at least two months in white oak barrels, giving a delicate golden colour. The nose shows cooked agave, sweet spice, vanilla and caramel. On the palate it balances initial agave sweetness with light pepper, finishing soft, warm and persistent with wood and gentle spice. It can be sipped neat or used in cocktails such as a Margarita or Tequila Sunrise.
